Once the application is reviewed and deemed complete, the Court will send the Personal Representative endorsed copies of the docket, including six certified copies of the Letters of Administration or the Letters Testamentary. Applicants also have the option of opening probate cases at the Doña Ana County Third Judicial District Court: The Third Judicial District Court is located at 201 W Picacho Ave., Las Cruces, NM 88005. Please be advised that the docketing fee is $132.00, and the District Court does not offer probate packets for Pro Se probate cases. Applicants will need to obtain their own forms. All Pro Se forms provided by the Doña Ana County Probate Court may be used at the Third Judicial District Court, once the heading is changed on all forms to:
